You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MediVision > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Is my health data really private?
Yes! All your health data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's iOS Keychain encryption. We never upload your personal health information to any servers. The only data sent externally is anonymized symptom text for AI analysis.
Can MediVision diagnose my condition?
No. MediVision is NOT a medical device and cannot diagnose any medical condition. It provides informational triage guidance to help you prepare for conversations with healthcare providers. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. MediVision is NOT designed for emergency situations. Do not delay seeking emergency care based on any information from this app.
How do I export my data?
You can export your health records from within the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data. This will create a JSON file containing all your stored information that you can save or share with healthcare providers.
Can I use MediVision for my family members?
Yes! MediVision supports multiple profiles, allowing you to track health information for family members or dependents. Each profile is stored securely and separately on your device.
